We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and client care.
1. Appointments and Walk-Ins
- To guarantee your preferred service time and avoid any wait, appointments are highly recommended. You can schedule an appointment by calling us at 905-949-1687.
- While we welcome walk-ins, service availability is not guaranteed and will depend on our team's schedule. Calling ahead to check for availability is advised.
2. Punctuality
- We kindly request that you arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment.
- To ensure that all clients receive the full-service time they deserve, we allow a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.
4. Refunds and Adjustments
- While we do not offer refunds for services rendered, for full sets we are happy to provide adjustments or fixes within 3 days of your original service.
- Please note that changes to nail shape or colour after leaving the salon are not considered adjustments.
5. Health, Safety, and Allergies
- We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. All tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized after each client.
- Your health and safety are important to us. Please inform our staff of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications you are taking prior to your service. This information will help us ensure your safety and comfort.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any client with a condition we believe may be contagious or harmful to themselves or our staff.
6. Children and Guests
- To ensure the safety and comfort of all clients, we kindly request that children under the age of 12 be supervised by an adult at all times while in the salon.
- For a relaxing experience for all clients, we ask that guests accompanying clients wait in our designated lounge area. This helps to maintain a calm and focused atmosphere in the service areas.
7. Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are available for purchase and make wonderful gifts!
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.
- Gift certificates cannot be used for gratuities.
8. Nail Breakage
- We take pride in the quality of our work. If your full set breaks within 3 days of your service, we will gladly repair it free of charge.
- Beyond the 3-day period, standard repair fees will apply.
9. Personal Belongings
- We ask that you please take care of your personal belongings during your visit.
- Lovely Nails Inc. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
10. Payment
- We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Interac Debit
- Prices for services are subject to change without notice.
11. Right to Refuse Service
- Lovely Nails Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any client who exhibits disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other clients.
